By registering and participating in any auction hosted by The Auction Gallery, Co., you agree to the following terms:

Registration

All bidders must register prior to participating. You must provide accurate information during registration. A bidder number will be issued once registration is approved.

Bidding

All bids are legally binding. By placing a bid during a live auction, you agree to purchase the item at the final accepted bid amount.

Bidding takes place LIVE in the YouTube chat. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure they are using the correct bidder number and placing bids clearly.

In the event of a bidding dispute, lag issue, or unclear bid, the auctioneer’s decision is final.

No Buyer’s Premium

We do not charge a buyer’s premium or hidden fees. The winning bid amount is the amount due, plus applicable sales tax.

Sales Tax

A 6% Pennsylvania sales tax will be added to all applicable purchases unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.

Payment

Payment is due within 5 business days of the auction.

We accept PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and cash or check in our secure drop box during pickup.

Invoices

Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email after the auction with instructions on how to pay and schedule pickup.

---

Pickup

All items must be picked up within 5 business days of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made.

Pickup must be scheduled online.

Shipping

Shipping is available via UPS. We pass our discounted UPS rate directly to the buyer without additional upcharges.

Failure to Pay or Pickup

Failure to pay or pick up items within the required time frame may result in forfeiture of items and suspension from future auctions.

Item Condition

All items are sold as-is. We provide preview videos for regular scheduled auctions when available. Pop-Up Auctions may not include preview videos.

Right to Refuse Service

The Auction Gallery, Co. reserves the right to refuse service, revoke bidding privileges, or remove participants at its discretion.
