When you register to bid we collect basic contact information including your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. We also request a photo ID for identity verification purposes.

ID Verification

Photo ID is collected strictly for identity verification and fraud prevention. ID images are not stored permanently and are deleted from our system after verification is completed. We do not publish, share, or sell ID images under any circumstances.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to assign bidder numbers, send invoices, communicate auction updates, and coordinate pickup and payment.

Communication

By registering you agree to receive auction-related emails or communications from The Auction Gallery Co. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from The Auction Gallery Co. (at registration, on our /sms-signup page, or by texting START to our number), we collect and store your mobile phone number solely to send you the auction-related messages described in our Terms and Conditions (Section: SMS Messaging Program).
