Up for bidding is an authentic mid-century Preway Auto Ice Box metal travel cooler. This classic piece of Americana features the highly collectible, original green "crackle" / speckled paint finish. It is equipped with the original swinging double-metal handle assembly that automatically locks the lid secure when lifted, alongside the front wire latch. The original factory diamond-shaped paper decal is still present on the front face, clearly showing the Prentiss-Wabers branding.Condition Report:Exterior: Displays honest vintage character, including paint scuffs, minor scratches, and localized surface oxidation/patina consistent with age and outdoor use.
