Description
A vintage copy of MR. Magazine — subtitled "Mister...To You" — bagged in a protective plastic sleeve, the way a careful collector stored it. The cover features a cheeky Bill Wenzel cartoon illustration alongside the headline "Saved -- by a Knife in my Heart!" and teaser stories including "The Mad Mr. Niles" and "Parlor Skiing." Cover price is 25 cents. MR. was a men's humor and adventure digest from the 1950s-60s, in the same vein as early Playboy competitors. The sleeve shows some crinkle and age; cover appears intact with good color. A nice piece of mid-century men's magazine history. *Generated with Gavel AI — please ask questions if the description doesn't seem right.
