Vintage Cobalt Blue Glass Bowl and Handled Plate, Set of 2

A matched pair of cobalt blue glass pieces — the kind of deep, saturated blue that stops you cold. Both feature the same ruffled scalloped rim and ornate open handles, suggesting they were made as a set. The footed bowl sits about 8½" across at its widest (handle to handle), and the flat serving plate spans 11½" — a nice pairing for fruit, candy, or display. Glass is clear and bright with no chips or cracks visible; some light surface scratching inside the bowl consistent with normal use. A solid find for a cobalt collector or anyone who just loves a good blue. *Generated with Gavel AI — please ask questions if the description doesn't seem right.
