Vintage Embossed Quart Milk Bottle, Austin's Dairy Cap

A clear glass one-quart milk bottle with embossed script reading what appears to be a dairy name along with 'New Bedford, Mass.' and 'Registered' — the kind of bottle that made the morning rounds on somebody's porch. The reverse is embossed 'One Quart Store Bottle' with a Massachusetts ABC seal. Still capped with its original paper dairy lid from Austin's Dairy, Bingham, ME — green and red with a cow vignette, intact and legible. The base shows an embossed '5¢' deposit mark, a nice detail. Bottle stands approximately 9–10 inches tall per the ruler in the photos. No chips or cracks visible; light age and possible use consistent with a well-traveled dairy bottle. *Generated with Gavel AI — please ask questions if the description doesn't seem right.
