Description
A charming piece of early American advertising history — an original Ralston Purina magazine ad, circa 1918, recently matted and framed behind glass in a wood frame. The full-color illustration features children gathered around a giant cereal box with the tagline "Makes Children Sturdy," printed by Ralston Purina Mills of St. Louis. Colors are vivid and the print is clean. Matted in burgundy with a dark wood frame, it presents very nicely. Measures 17 inches wide by 21 inches tall overall.
