Vintage Wooden Mallets, Set of 2

A pair of all-wood mallets that have clearly seen some real shop time. The larger one has a rectangular head with a small peg or wedge on top — the kind used for joinery or driving chisels — measuring roughly 3" tall at the head. The smaller one has a turned cylindrical head, more of a general-purpose mallet or gavel style. Both are solid wood throughout with no metal parts. Heavy wear on both: paint residue, dings, and surface checking on the larger head; the smaller one is dry and rough but structurally sound. Handles are tight on both. Good honest shop tools, or display pieces for a workbench wall. *Generated with Gavel AI — please ask questions if the description doesn't seem right.
